It's cocktail time again! Over the weekend I tried my take on an Apple Cider Mimosa and boy was it good! I served this with brunch, but I think it would be equally good as a pre-dinner cocktail. I did some searching online and combined a few recipes. See my Spiked Cider Cocktail recipe here.
Apple Cider Mimosa
1 tsp brown sugar
1 ounce bourbon
4 ounces Prosecco or other sparkling wine
2 ounces fresh apple cider
Combine bourbon and brown sugar in champagne glass, fill with sparkling wine and top with apple cider.
