Tobi.com dress, Forever21 necklace and clutch, H&M cuffs
We snapped these photos in Charleston right before I decided to do a quick wardrobe change entirely and wear a bright blue & white sundress instead! I love this dress, but it's a little too big up top and the straps fall off - didn't think that would be quite the look I was going for at Charleston Fashion Week !
