In the Kitch: Fig Butter, Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza

This is probably one of my favorite pizzas to make. If you haven't noticed - I love making (and eating) pizza. Most of the time it's super easy and turns out quite delicious. You can make it as healthy or unhealthy as you'd like. What's not to love?

This particular recipe is adapted from the Pioneer Woman and never fails. I've also made a similar variation with caramelized onions. I picked up this Fig Butter at Trader Joe's over the holidays - and hope that they still have it since I think this would be a perfect Oscar worthy dinner!
