In the Kitch: Whole Wheat Pasta & Kale
As soon as the temperatures drop, I’m constantly craving hearty comfort food. I’d much rather stay in my cozy apartment cooking then venture out into the cold. Since I attempt to eat healthy (most of the time) I’ve been looking for lighter recipes to get me through the winter, and this Whole Wheat Pasta & Kale dish from Martha Stewart did the trick. Like in this pizza, I used turkey bacon instead of regular and it turned out great. I also cooked the kale for about 30 minutes vs. the 10 minutes suggested.
